Special Policy for Refunds and Order Cancellations
This product is made to order. Orders can be canceled free of charge within 72 hours of placement (orders with expedited production service cannot be canceled). For cancellation requests made after this period, a 30% fee may be charged.

Please note: After you provide your measurements, we will conduct an initial review. If there is any unusual sizes, we will contact you for a second or further confirmation to ensure the product fits as accurately as possible. Therefore, production of the hood will only begin after the measurements have been finally confirmed, and the production time will be calculated from the date of that final confirmation.

Exchanges
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused. Customers are responsible for covering the international shipping costs associated with the exchange. For special circumstances such as size mismatches, please contact client service.
