Refund policy

Product Return / Exchange

All products sold on the KBboy official store are not eligible for returns due to personal reasons, except in cases of quality issues. This policy is in place because our products are made to order, involve personal hygiene considerations, and fall under specific product categories.

If you wish to exchange a product due to size incompatibility or other factors, you may contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product to submit an exchange request. We will assess the situation and handle your request accordingly.

 

Order Cancellation / Refund

If you no longer need the product after placing an order, you may contact us to request a cancellation before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been shipped and you request a cancellation, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

 

After-Sales Service and Repairs

All products sold on the KBboy official website (kbboy.com) are covered by a 1-year (365-day) after-sales warranty from the date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Period"). If a product exhibits quality issues during the Warranty Period, including but not limited to material or manufacturing defects, KBboy will, at its discretion, address the issue by taking one of the following measures:

  • (1) Replacing the product with a new one of the same model/specifications;
  • (2) Repairing the original product;
  • (3) Refunding the full or partial purchase amount.

KBboy reserves the right to determine the cause of product issues and the responsible party, as well as the right to decide the final resolution based on the specific circumstances.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as batteries (unless the failure is due to material or manufacturing defects), nor does it cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or factors other than material or manufacturing defects.

KBboy is committed to prioritizing consumer rights and satisfaction. Therefore, if you have any concerns regarding our products, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue for you.

 

Price Protection & Price Adjustment/Correction

KBboy reserves the right to change prices for products sold on kbboy.com at any time, and to correct inadvertent pricing errors.

Should KBboy reduces the price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you place your order or receive your product, contact us at info@kbboy.com within 14 days of the price change to request a refund or credit for the difference in price. This excludes limited-time price reductions and special promotional events. Price protection is limited to 5 units of a particular product, and we may require proof of purchase to process your request.

Prices shown are in the currency displayed at checkout. If you pay for your order using an international credit card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates, and your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees and other charges.
