How can I cancel my order?

You may contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund before it is shipped.

However, please note that orders may not be canceled or may incur partial charges in the following cases:

  • Items with custom requirements (e.g., customized size, style),
  • Orders that have already been shipped.

Additionally, we have noted that credit cards from the following countries may not be accepted for payment in our store: Israel, Russia, etc.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within approximately 5–10 days.

Since most items are handmade to order, shipping times may vary based on the number of items in the order, custom requirements from the customer, and other factors.

Can I change the address or return the package after it has been shipped?

In most cases, it is not possible to change the address or return an order once it has been shipped, especially when tax-inclusive shipping is used.

If you have such requests, please contact us promptly, we will try to assist you with address changes or initiate a return if feasible.

Please note: Address changes and returns (if available) may incur additional fees.

Why can't I track the logistics updates after my order is shipped?

Parcels shipped with tax-inclusive logistics can only be tracked after the package has passed customs clearance in the destination country (or within the EU) and has been handed over to the local courier company.

Before that, please contact us to inquire about the package status.

How long will it take for the package to be delivered after shipment?

Due to variations in courier services and destination countries, we are unable to provide an exact delivery timeline. You may refer to our past shipping experiences to the following countries/regions and their respective courier services, or contact us for further assistance.

  • Japan (UPS: 4–7 days)
  • South Korea (UPS: 3–5 days)
  • Thailand (Tax-inclusive logistics: 14–20 days)

Taxes & Duties

Do I need to pay customs duties?

By default, we ship using tax-inclusive express services. However, due to varying customs policies in different countries, some regions may not support tax-inclusive shipping, which means customers may be required to pay customs duties locally.

If tax-inclusive logistics are unavailable or if customers prefer duty-unpaid shipping, we will declare a lower value for the package to help reduce potential customs fees.

  • France, Germany, and most EU countries (Tax-inclusive by default, with duty-unpaid shipping optional)
  • United States (Tax-inclusive by default)
  • Japan, South Korea (Customs duties may apply)

If I am charged customs duties, can I refuse to pay and request the return of the package?

According to the customs regulations of different countries, the recipient is generally obligated to pay the required customs duties.

If the duties are not paid on time or are refused, customs may handle the matter in accordance with local laws.

In the event that a package is returned due to failure to fulfill the tax payment obligation, high return or disposal fees may be incurred, and the responsibility for these costs will fall on the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

All products, in principle, cannot be returned for personal reasons, unless the issue relates to quality problems, wrong items, material defects, or other reasons attributable to KBboy.

However, we still aim to provide a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please feel free to contact us promptly, and we will try to work out a solution with you.

Can I request an exchange for my order?

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the item's delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that the exchange policy does not apply to customized items.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us for assistance. We will provide you with the relevant guidelines.

Please kindly note that as our store is based in Hong Kong, China, exchanges may incur higher international shipping costs. Therefore, we recommend customers to check the product size carefully before making a purchase.
