Orders are delivered by air worldwide from China. The shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.

According to the product inventory or handmade time, generally within 2-7 days of shipment, detailed delivery time can contact customer support to confirm. It usually takes 7-15 days to arrive after shipping, depending on the distance to the delivery address.

We will not mark your product information on the outer package or express bill, and we replace it with "rubber products, belts" and other daily necessities.

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of the package delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, resalable condition: unused, with original packaging intact, all tags attached, and in the same state as when it was shipped to you.

You are responsible for covering the international return shipping cost (typically USD $20-45), unless the return is due to a product quality issue or our error in shipping the wrong item.

The order price does not include customs taxes and fees in the destination country.

Usually we will declare a lower value for the package, so your local customs office may not charge taxes. If your local customs requires payment of taxes, you will be responsible for the taxes.
